Real estate staging is more than simply preparing a home for sale. While it is important that a home be clean and uncluttered with everything in working order, real estate staging prepares a home to emotionally and visually appeal to a wider variety of potential buyers.

"Designed to Sell" Package - $175
This package includes a one-hour consultation with step-by-step staging tips particular to your house's needs, a Top 10 list that reviews the 10 most important jobs to tackle and a one-time, 15-minute follow-up call to answer any questions and offer additional suggestions and support once you have begun the process. Clients are encouraged to take notes during the consultation. Photos will be taken by a staging professional for follow-up reference.

The "Do-It-Yourselfer" Package - $399
This package includes a 2- 2 1/2 hr. consultation with above services as well as a detailed step-by-step report listing suggested changes for every room of your house as well as for curb appeal. Your staging report will be sent to you via e-mail or parcel post (whatever is desired) within 72 hours of our consultation. The consultation also includes paint color selection of up to three rooms (fee of $20 for each additional room) and a special gift to get you started. A one-time, 15-minute follow-up call will be provided at any time during the staging process. Photos will be taken by a staging professional for follow-up reference.

Pricing is based on homes of 3,000 sq. ft. or less. An additional charge will apply for homes 3,000 sq. ft. or greater.

An additional charge will apply for locations beyond a 20-mile radius from the office of Dragonfly Interiors.

If Dragonfly Interiors is later hired for staging services, 50% of the package price will be deducted from the total invoice amount.
